This course will help supervisors master the art of leading in multidirectional environments, fostering collaboration, building strong teams, and leveraging influence to achieve collective goals.

Through thought-provoking discussions, practical simulations, and hands-on exercises, participants will develop the skills to lead with purpose and deliver presentations with confidence. Focus will be on addressing issues with those above the leader in the chain of command, providing for those below them in the chain of command, and building teams as efficiently and effectively as possible.
